- 150 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams spinach
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 500 grams potatoes
- 1 lemon
- 50 grams butter

- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Flatten chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
- Spread the mixture onto each chicken breast and roll them up.
- Secure with toothpicks and place in a baking dish.
- Melt butter and drizzle over roulades.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, boil potatoes until tender.
- Drain and mash with butter and lemon juice until creamy.
- Serve chicken roulades with potato-lemon puree.
