- 1 kg beef, cubed
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 500 ml beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the beef cubes.
- Transfer beef to the crockpot.
- Add potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables such as peas or green beans.
- Can be served with crusty bread for a complete meal.
