- 200 grams all-purpose flour
- 100 grams sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, until just combined.
- Pour the batter into greased mini Gugelhupf pans.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pans.
